The Stormy Cliff City is essentially numerous houses built into a cliff that holds the most people populated into a single area. This city is known to experience numerous thunder storms with occasional lightning storms. There are variously different forms of culture in this area and the city discriminates against none. The doors are open to all who choose to visit and live here. This area is known to hold a variety of clans but the most notable one is the Yamanaka. They help the samurai watch over the stretch of seas and the people who reside there. There is one strip of land connecting it to the mainland and is a key point of defense. The seas surround it and are watched closely as well.
