[center]Oinin (Hunters) Onin[center]

A sub-group of the ANBU coalition, rather than high-profile assassinations and other delicate matters of that nature (blacks ops), Oinin are given the sole task of hunting down their village's missing ninja and disposing of them. Usually very talented shinobi, this group generally operates in small cells (no more than three). Being a branch of ANBU, they tend to wear the same clothes and masks.

As part of regular practice, Hunters kill their target, taking the head as proof, and then completely dispose of the body by using various methods, such as cremation or the summoning of wild carrion crows to devour the corpse. This is done in order to make sure the village secrets which a ninja's body holds — such as chakra types, herbs eaten, ninjutsu, special medicine, and kekkei genkai — will not be revealed to others.

Hunters are supposed to destroy the corpse at the very spot the body is lying; it is not to be moved after it is dead, and only the head is taken back to prove that the missing-nin is in fact dead. As a requirement, they must possess a thorough and intimate knowledge of human anatomy. Due to their reputation for utterly and completely obliterating the remains of their targets, they are code-named "The Undertaker Squad".

Hunters are not be taken lightly.

Restrictions
    1. The Hunter professions is only available to shinobi of Chuunin rank or higher.

    2. Before even being applicable for the Hunter profession, members seeking this position first pass a "trial." This trial is the killing of one of your village's missing ninja, and bringing their head back to your superior as proof.

Though the activity of this specific group of shinobi comes and goes, directly in correlation with how many missing ninja your village has, the perks are unquestionable. For each mark that a Hunter kills, they will receive a exp and ryo reward. While these rewards are generally static, they do scale for particularly powerful marks. It should be noted that ryo gained in the two methods mentioned below stack with the target's bounty.
Nuke-Nin Recovery: As a ninja, abandoning your village is considered the ultimate act of betrayal. Because of this, it goes without saying that hunters make you their primary target. Therefore, regular shinobi (those possessing no kekkei genkai) who are disposed of will merit a reward of 2'500 EXP and 10'000 ryo.

Kekkei Genkai Recovery: Rather than the ninja, it is the secrets their bodies often hold that village leaders are truly interested in keeping safe. Because of this, bringing a nuke-nin's method of kekkei genkai back to the village (whether it be their eyes or their body) will merit reward of 5'000 EXP and 20'000 ryo. It should be noted that bringing these back to your village stores them in your village's vault.
Functionally, to claim the EXP awarded by the two "Recovery" options simply make a thread here (or, for Nuke-nin, here). Only a Lead Moderator / Admin can approve the EXP gain! It should also be noted that your EXP can be used either for perks or jutsu. You spend it just like you did in the past, ladies and gentlemen.
