One of the most prestigious clans and bloodlines to have passed through the ninja world, the Uchiha Clan were one of the founding noble families of Konohagakure no Sato, making the Hidden Leaf famous - and to many, infamous - for their talents. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers.
Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan, making it a highly rare, recessive gene tucked away only within a chosen few. This doujutsu gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However, the clan member can not copy techniques which are unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye.
Finally, the clan itself is known for their ties to fire, to the point it requires its male youth wishing to ascend as men in the clan a strict display of their Katon prowess.

Restrictions
1. Uchiha require Administrative approval.
2. All forms of the Sharingan eye must be unlocked through role-play, rather than simply purchased. These events should be relatively extensive (and in often times life-threatening), in which the Sharingan eyes is truly the only method of success. This procedure does not need to be strenuous, however; you're more than welcome to have a simple sparring match with a friend and activate your eye, so long as it's a good read.
3. Uchiha are capable of using any class except taijutsu primary.
